Wisconsin Proposes Conceal Carry Law with no Registration – or Government Database

Rep. Don Pridemore, R-Hartford, has put forth a bill in Wisconsin that would allow people to conceal carry with a minimum of “requirements”. These requirements are a minimum of two hours of training and also acquire certificates from certified instructors.

In a coup for privacy groups is that there would be no maintained database of those who would conceal and carry in Wisconsin. This means that there wouldn’t be any incidents such as the Toledo, OH newspaper that published a list of conceal carry permit holders, their age and county of residence – even though it was illegal to publish the list in the first place.

In other guns news, the Ohio House of Representatives just this week passed HB 45 which would allow for the conceal and carry of handguns into establishments that serve alcohol as long as the permit holder was not consuming alcohol. This bill would eliminate many of the “victim zones” that the current laws in Ohio fail to address. The bill awaits a full Senate vote.

I am sure that the gun rights activist are urging Rep. Pridemore speed and success in getting his bill pushed through the legal bureaucracy. And I am sure that those who believe guns kill people will do everything they can to suppress the right to self protection.

SEIU Leaves No Doubts on Its Communist Ties

At a May Day rally earlier this past week the Service Employees International Union showed unabashedly that they really are pro-communist. With shouts of  ”Legalization or Revolution!” we see that the dreams of American freedom from such tyranny haven’t been weeded out from our country, but are still alive and well.

How Far Do You Lie To Achieve Your Goals?

Fox News reported that that at the rallies on-site at the Wisconsin rallies, doctors were giving out sick notes to union members so they could say they were “sick” and not get fired or disciplined for being at the anti-Walker and votes that are to take place.

Amazing how far people will go to lie, cheat, and even use physical force to advance their “ideals” and “rights” they claim they have earned. As a business owner I would not want that type of un-ethical employee to be in my ranks representing my business.

Oh, wait… they are mine, and your, employees – public servant employees paid by our tax dollars. Maybe it is time for some expunging of our employees?

Walker Responds to Obama

Scott Walker comments on Obama's CommentsWalker’s office issued this statement today concerning President Obama’s comments made earlier in the day about the protests, and he hit back hard as can be seen below in the statement.

“I’m sure the President knows that most federal employees do not have collective bargaining for wages and benefits while our plan allows it for base pay. And I’m sure the President knows that the average federal worker pays twice as much for health insurance as what we are asking for in Wisconsin. At least I would hope he knows these facts.

“Furthermore, I’m sure the President knows that we have repeatedly praised the more than 300,000 government workers who come to work every day in Wisconsin.

“I’m sure that President Obama simply misunderstands the issues in Wisconsin, and isn’t acting like the union bosses in saying one thing and doing another.”
