You have to hand it to someone in Indiana. They are definitely taking advantage of Illinois high taxes and dissatisfaction. A “Illinnoyed by higher taxes?” billboard on I-80-94 facing east seen from the Harrison Street bridge in Gary, Indiana beckons people to move to Indiana. You can still be close to Illinois, but not pay the price.
