What about the small businesses?

Fresh from his vacation and as the Senate looks to consider “TARP 3.0,” President Barack Obama announced that he would be considering more measures to strengthen the economy and encourage hiring among employers. Where have we heard this rhetoric before?

The White House deemed this summer the “Summer of Recovery,” and look where we are now. The nation’s unemployment rate is 9.6 percent. The nonpartisan Congressional Budget Office now estimates a $1.34 trillion budget deficit for this year. And talks loom of a double-dip recession.
