Greetings,

We have completed our revisions to the language of the proposed Ohio Sovereignty Amendment and added a couple more important points – Jury Nullification, Recall Process, Enhanced Right to Bear Arms Provision, Duty of Supreme Court to Suspend Unconstitutional Laws, No immunity for public servants who violate the Constitution, and Public Schools to be Operated and Regulated on the County Level. There has been much debate, long hours, and hard work to give this amendment to force necessary to keep government within its constitutional boundaries and preserve our Rights and Liberties.

The SHAKE THE NATION rally in Columbus on Saturday was a success for PCCOH. The response from the public was overwhelmingly positive. Nearly everyone who approached our table signed the new petition. We also signed up 50 new volunteers. The momentum is starting to build. I want to personally thank Rick McClaskey, Ed Beale, Ron Clark and Rod Clay for their help. The new petitions will be made available to everyone over the next couple of days.

There has been a change to the signature page to help us keep in better contact with people. Please read the instructions when you receive the petition BEFORE you start collecting signatures. Our new website was launched just yesterday.

It is far from complete, but we will be working hard to get it finished as soon as possible. While on it, go ahead and register on the site. This will have important future application. Thanks for all the hard work and continuing support from our web designer, Dave Courey.

We are launching the PCCOH campaign nationwide, this weekend, in Omaha, Nebraska at the National [State] Sovereignty Symposium hosted by the Constitutional Conservative Alliance (http://www.cca1789.com/). Jim Flaugher, our Toledo District Leader, has made arrangements for PCCOH to give three presentations while in Omaha. There will be four of us attending – Michael Alan Young (Committee Member), Rick McClaskey (Committee Member), Ron Clark (Columbus District Leader), and Jim Flaugher (Toledo District Leader). We’ll keep you posted on that.

On Saturday the 23rd of January, Alan and Debbie Wilson (Cleveland District Leaders) will be hosting our PCCOH Northeast Leadership Conference in North Canton, Ohio (See Attached Flyer).PCCOH – Event Flyer – North Canton – 012310Anyone who is interested in being a leadership volunteer for this important cause should plan to attend. We will be covering in detail our plan, operations, planning of events, and education on state sovereignty. Senator Tim Grendell is scheduled to join us, as well. If you are involved as a leader for another group in Ohio, we encourage you to send a representative to this conference to learn how we can work together, unite, and restore our constitutional Republic.

The response we have been receiving from people is very exciting. The people are excited about the project and are starting to have hope that we CAN get our country back. Government is moving very quickly to destroy what is left of our Rights, freedom and sovereignty. I no longer have to make people aware of the issues, the people have awaken. Now all we have to do is unite them and get them moving into action to execute a solution … this solution. We have seen and heard some good ideas, but nothing as aggressive and thorough as our plan. Its time for everyone to get on board and get the job done.
