Consitutents and potential voters from Bob Gibb’s home county are not happy that the would be representative is dodging their opportunity to ask him questions in the Ohio District 18 Candidate Night series.
These constituents and voters have been patiently waiting the event to be held at the Kent State University Tuscarawas branch in New Philadelphia Thursday night to ask questions of all the candidates running for the OH-18 primary.
Bob Gibbs, the RepublicanParty’s choice and backed candidate, has cancelled his appearance at the April 22nd Meet the Candidates Night event at Kent State. According to our sources Mr. Gibbs will be attending a family wedding this weekend which is why he will not be attending the debate.
In the the straw polls from the previous three Meet the Candidates Night, Gibbs has not placed in the top three favored candidates that potential voters seem to be leaning towards. These candidates have been (in no particular order) Moll, Liggett, Daubenmire and Dailey.
Voters can hear from the other candidates Thursday night starting at 6pm in the main auditorium at the New Philadelphia Kent State University branch.

This just confirms my suspision about Gibbs.
He is the LAST Republican I would vote for. Next to last is Daley, next to him is Moll. All seem to be Republicans first, Constitutionalist 2nd (or lower).
My vote, if I were voting Republican (being a Democrat, that ain’t likely), would be for either Dave, Beau, Hombre of Ron.
BTW, I’m the write-in for the 18th district seat in the November general election, and these guys all seem to agree with me that the Constitution is king in America, the rule by which we judge other laws. If those other laws don’t match up, they MUST be voted against or repealed.
If you want to take America back vote AGAINST Gibbs.
