Dan Rather: ‘Obama couldn’t sell watermelons’

A video, posted by the Media Research Center, shows Dan Rather talking about President Obama not being able to sell watermelons when he was on the Chris Matthew’s Show last weekend.

The comments came after a question about Obama’s Health Care Reform and whether or not it would become law.

Apparently, someone forgot to tell Dan Rather to be on the same page as Chris Matthews – and be a little more politically correct.  Imagine what would have happened had someone outside the political left had made this comment. I would have to believe the state trooper would have been sent to shoot that person – not “flag them down” to sell them a watermelon.
